Merve Mataraci Orsek is a remarkably dynamic entrepreneur and the creative force behind MyAprils, a flourishing online business specializing in jewelry, accessories, and home decor. Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Merve embarked on a new life chapter in St. Petersburg, Florida, leaving behind a successful career in dentistry. Her entrepreneurial journey began amidst the challenges of adapting to a new country and culture. Unable to practice dentistry due to accreditation barriers, Merve channelled her hardworking spirit and passion for design into establishing MyAprils. Named affectionately after her daughter, the brand reflects Merve's commitment to craftsmanship and her keen eye for design, offering a range of meticulously curated, unique, and stylish products.
